- Yoga, 8-9am: A mindful practice incorporating yoga, breathwork, and centering relaxation. Enjoy midweek renewal with a yoga flow designed to help you achieve balance of breath, body, and brain. Taught by local instructor and Riverwalk resident Mallory Trumpfheller (@yogabymallory_30A), this combination of seated, standing, and reclined postures will help you to reset held tensions, feel more calm and steady, and connect more intentionally through engagement of both muscle and mind. Pose options will be offered throughout to aid in approachability and inclusivity, whether you have practiced many times or never before.
- Community Circle, 9-9:30am: After yoga, you’re invited to stick around for conversation and community building. Get to know your neighbors while enjoying a light refreshment of tea and coffee (provided, or bring your refreshment of choice.)
- Location: For the months of February and March, we will practice fireside in the homeowner clubhouse (view on map). Once the weather gets nice again, we will move fountainside at the beautiful pond dock at The Crossings at Riverwalk. (In the case of rain, the clubhouse will be our rainy day alternative.)
- Who can attend? All are welcome regardless of experience level. All Riverwalk residents (houses and The Crossings) are invited to join us and bring friends. To be mindful of capacity, we request a limit of 2 guests/person.
- What is the cost and how do I pay? Donation-Based — We want this class to build up our community and to be available to all. Donation method options accepted include: (a) Below as credit; (b) Cash, Venmo, Paypal or Square at arrival.

Suggested Items to Bring:
- Yoga mat*, props, and items for comfort as available/desired (like: blocks*, blankets, bolsters, pillows, eye pillow, etc). *A limited number of mats and blocks will be available for borrow.
- Water. If staying for community circle, any preferred refreshments (hot water and tea/coffee will be available.)
- Anything for seasonal comfort like a jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray.
