Mallory Trumpfheller is a certified yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher, and certified ritual guide, based out of Freeport, Florida.
Mallory teaches yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and stress management in the 30A, Freeport, Destin, and Panama City Beach areas and beyond — including virtual sessions via Facetime, Zoom and Skype. Mallory is passionate about utilizing the eight limbs of Yoga, the tradition of Mindfulness, and the science of stress management to help her clients relieve the effects of modern-day stress and tension, to cultivate self-awareness and self-kindness for emotional and mental freedom, and to improve their overall health through a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual tools. |
Training
Mallory is certified to teach various modalities of Yoga and Meditation; completed Mindfulness Certification Training (MCT) in 2018; is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP); was certified as a Ritual Guide in 2023; received a continued specialized certification in Restorative Yoga in 2023; and has taught over 2300 hours in-studio, with private clients, and in the community since 2014.

- Pranayama - Yogic breath techniques
- History & Philosophy, and the Sanskrit language - psychology, history and philosophy of Yoga, including the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and the Gheranda Samhita
- Mantra, Meditation, Yoga Nidra - mantra and the science of sound; traditional Yogic meditation practices and techniques, as well as Yoga Nidra
- Mindfulness (MCT) - specially certified in science-based Mindfulness (combining ancient Mindfulness traditions with modern scientific knowledge and applications)
- Vinyasa Krama, Advanced Sequencing, and Adaptive Yoga - energetics and skillful structuring of practice, techniques, and theming an effective practice for varied audiences and special populations
- Trauma Informed Yoga
- Assessment & Application -
(1) Accessible and inclusive yoga — assessment and adaptations for ranging needs including pregnancy, age, injury and limitations, differences in ability, and specific disorders and conditions
(2) Assessment of both chakra and Ayurvedic (doshic) imbalance and applications for alignment/balance
(3) Stress, Sleep Management, and Recovery (*currently completing specialized certification in this area) - Certified Ritual Guide - specialized training in a variety of ritual traditions and ceremony creation and implementation; use of astrology, elements, chakras, crystal healing, oracle readings, asana, pranayama, meditation, and mantra within ceremonial uses
