In-person services for the greater 30A area + virtual nationwide
​These personalized trainings in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness give you specialized teachings based on your unique needs. I will equip you with all that you need to practice in the comfort of your home, and will guide you to achieving your mental, physical and spiritual goals. Whatever you're seeking to achieve, this is your best track to getting there!  


I provide services both in-home and beachside in the 30A & Miramar Beach areas, and in-home only in Freeport, Defuniak Springs, Destin, and Panama City Beach (or in any indoor or outdoor venue you have permitted access). Virtual services are available nationwide.

  • 30-minute initial consultation: FREE!
  • 1 hour in-person sessions including at your location — Please note: I am located in Freeport, Florida. All in-person sessions are within 20 miles from this location, or may require travel fees based on location.
  • 30 minute and 1 hour virtual sessions via Zoom/Facetime/Skype — Available nationwide!​
