Options are available for groups and teams of varying sizes, or as one-on-one trainings, and can be structured as single lessons, packages, or as a workshop series. Group Lessons & Corporate Program Class Types
Yoga classes are welcoming to all ages and ability levels and are designed to help your posture, improve your circulation, reduce tension, refresh your energy, and stimulate your mind. Note: Classes can be specially structured to accommodate practicing in business attire.
Mindfulness sessions are based on four tenets: guiding and maintaining our attention, developing trust and awareness, being purposeful and compassionate, and understanding the science of the mind-body connection.
Stress Management Sessions work to educate on the science of stress, assess stressors, and identify a strategy for developing helpful methods for stress management and reduction.
